At 2wist Designs, we want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, our simple and transparent return, exchange, and refund policy has you covered.

You can raise a return request within 30 days of delivery.

Products purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 or related offers are eligible for refunds to 2wist Designs Wallet.

Items purchased at a strike-through or discounted price (without a coupon applied) are also eligible for return.
Return Conditions

Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

An unboxing video (showing the package opened from sealed state) is required for claims related to missing items.
How to Initiate a Return

Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal

Enter your 2wist Designs Order ID (e.g., #TD1570…) and Contact Number.

Select the items you wish to return.

Provide details: reason for return, upload at least 2 images, add your pickup address & date, and choose a refund method.

Review and submit your request.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved:

The product cost will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days (excluding shipping charges).

You have to returned the item at their own cost, we will issue a gift card equivalent to the return shipping amount (as proof provided), which can be used for any future purchase on our website.
Please note:

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

The gift card for return shipping is valid only if the return was authorized in advance and tracking details were shared.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund or gift card, please contact us at hello@2wist.in
FOR INDIA:
For returns originating from India, we do not issue monetary refunds.

Instead, you will receive a store credit (gift card) equal to the product value (excluding original shipping charges).

Return shipping costs will also be issued as store credit (upon proof of expense).

Store credit can be redeemed on any future purchase from our website.

Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal

Enter your 2wist Designs Order ID and Contact Number.

Choose the item(s) to exchange.

Provide required info: exchange reason, at least 2 images, pickup address & date.

Select whether you’d like the same item/size or a different available variant.

Confirm your request.
